Official Rules for FITC Conference Draw
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: To enter, submit your business card into the ballot box for the chance to win the FITC Conference Draw. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. All entries must be received by the end of conference day on September 13th, 2009. Entries become property of Motorola, Inc. and will not be returned.
- Drawing: Winner will be determined on September 13th , 2009 by a random drawing from all eligible entries received under the supervision of a Motorola representative whose decision will be final. Winners will be announced immediately. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries. Winners need not be present to win. If a winner is not present for the drawing, he or she will be notified by mail on or about September 14th, 2009 and will have seven (7) days from notification to accept the prize by mail. Motorola, Inc. shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.
- Prizes: (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for one (1) to San Diego, CA for the MOTODEV Summit on October 6th, 2009. Prize includes 2 nights accommodation, airfare, MOTODEV entry fee, and $500 spending money (Approx. Retail Value $2000). Motorola, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a cash prize or a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternatives or prize substitutions except at sole discretion of Motorola, Inc.
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all attendees at the FITC Conference Draw over the age of eighteen (18). Employees, officers and directors of Motorola, Inc., their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Winner is liable for federal income taxes on prize received. Motorola, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or acceptance of the prize. Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release from liability. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Motorola, Inc. to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade promotion without further compensation.
