Scott Janousek is the owner of Hooken Mobile, a Flash mobile design and development company based out of the US, located in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts.

Prior to establishing Hooken, Scott had ten years of diverse Software Engineering and consulting experience, five of which were dedicated to the proliferation of Flash and interactive multimedia.

Scott is an Adobe Certified Flash Designer and Developer as well as a recognized Flash Lite Subject Matter Expert. He also has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

As an active and contributing member of the Adobe Flash Mobile User Group, Boston Flash Platform User Group, and momoBoston (Mobile Monday Boston), Scott is passionate about the Flash platform across mobile devices as well as on the desktop.

When not involved with Flash evangelism, Scott can be found catching striped bass and bluefish in southeastern Massachusetts. He also enjoys historical films, especially those that pertain to Ancient Egypt and the World War 2 era.
