Notes
Student Tickets
To be able to qualify for student ticket pricing, you must be currently enrolled in a recognized educational institute, and supply a contact name and email or phone number for confirmation, as well as your current student ID number. You will need valid student ID to pick up your tickets at the festival.
Accommodations & Travel
Please note that the festival tickets do not include: accommodation or transportation.
Out of Country Visitors
Please ensure you have proper ID to enter the Netherlands. Generally speaking, your passport is sufficient ID, but you should check here in case you need a travel visa.
FITC Contact
Once registration is complete and payment made in full, you will receive an email with an invoice number. You will then receive emails leading up to the festival containing more information, updates and reminders. Nothing will be sent to you via snail mail.
Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person or you may receive a credit with FITC for future events. Email your invoice number, along with existing attendee info and new attendee info here. Deadline for transferring tickets is Feb 1st, 2010.
