Q. What do you look for when selecting a speaker?

A. We look at many things, including:

* Past speaking experience
* Past teaching experience
* Your work and project experience
* Your Topic and topic outline
* Your Location
* References and status in community

Q. Do you reply to all Submissions? When should we expect a reply?

A. Due to the number of proposals FITC receives, we will only be contacting those individuals we are interested in. Your entry will be kept on file and you may be contacted for future events/festivals. You are also welcome to submit multiple topic suggestions.

Q. What topics are you looking for?

A. The focus of topics varies from event-to-event, generally speaking we look for topics within the business, creative, and technical areas of Rich Media/New Media, and Design. Some topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

* Any area of Flash technology
* Flash Video / Flash Video Streaming
* FLEX
* Flash Lite / Mobile
* Motion Graphics
* Creative/Design process/inspiration
* After Effects
* Flash Animation and traditional Animation
* Games, specifically Flash games or online games
